Shipping policy

Your order will not be shipped if incorrect shipping information is supplied. You need to specify that your address is urban or rural by selecting the correct shipping method and inputting the correct address.

Your address needs to be input with the correct RD to be verified as rural if not it will be deemed as incorrect. As you are inputting your address, please supply the correct address so we can ship it to the correct address with the correct fees. Incorrect shipping will have delays as we will need to contact you to rectify the situation - hence your order will not be shipped unless your address is correctly supplied to us

Delivery Times

Orders placed on weekdays before 4pm are dispatched the following weekday. Please note that if your order is placed over the weekend, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, it will be dispatched the next Monday.

New Zealand Post delivers all our residential orders with no signature required unless your delivery driver feels as though it is unsafe to leave. In this case, you will be left a card and your order will be taken to your nearest New Zealand Post Depot.
