Baking tips:
1) Place your Panipopo tray in the middle rack for even baking. Not too close to the top.
2) Start checking your Panipopo at 20mins, even if the recipe says 25mins. Some ovens run hotter than others.
3) Your Panipopo is ready when the tops of the buns are golden brown and internal temperature is approximately 190-200F (88-93C)
